Because coaching spots and materials are prepared specifically for you, all sales are final once your first session has been scheduled or delivered. Refunds are only available if requested before your first session.
Payment plans: If you're on a payment plan (e.g., the 90-Day System's 3-payment option), canceling does not refund payments already made, and remaining payments are still due unless your request qualifies under the policy above (i.e., made before your first session).
Individual tutoring sessions can be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice at no charge. Sessions canceled with less notice, or missed without notice, are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
