When you take the Financial Clarity Scorecard, book a session, enroll in a program, or contact us, we may collect:
Your name, email address, and phone number
Quiz or intake responses (e.g., scorecard answers, tutoring needs)
Payment information processed securely through our payment provider (Square) — we do not store your card details ourselves
Communications you send us
To send you your scorecard results and follow-up information
To recommend the coaching or tutoring services that fit where you are
To deliver the services you've enrolled in or purchased
To respond to your questions
To improve our programs and materials
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
We take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us, including limiting who has access to it. No method of storage or transmission over the internet is 100% secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in any email, or reply STOP to any text message. You can email us to request that we delete your information, subject to any records we're legally required to keep.
Our tutoring services may involve minors, with parent or guardian consent and involvement. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children without a parent or guardian's involvement. For testimonials, student's direct results may be shared without showing the student's personal information. Please be advised that any shared information has the opportunity to be shared anonymously.
